For the past 22 years I've been obsessed with human performance and adaptation. Ever since I took my first mountain bike ride back in 1989 I have been hooked on trying to figure out how to be better at whatever sport you choose. I love the stuff so much I majored in Kinesiology and started working in my field right after graduation.
