Welcome to your Marathon Training page!
This is the official training page for the PVA Marathoners. I am excited to be coaching you this season, please let me know how I can help you attain your goals.

Getting started
Before you start your training, follow the steps below.

1 Training Levels
We are providing 4 different plans to meet the needs of everyone. Whether you are running the full marathon, half marathon, or walking the 1/2, please find your training level below.

level 1 level 2 level 3 level 4
This level is designed for those who plan on walking the 1/2 marathon. This will be your first time running this distance. You do not have to be currently running to train in level 2. This will be your first time running this distance. You are currently running at least 10 miles a week with a recent long run of 6 miles. You are a seasoned runner of this distance, and want a new PR. You are running at least 20 miles a week with a recent long run of at least 8 miles.

2 Release
Before you gain access to your training log, please fill out our release.

3 Access your Training Log
You will need to create a Training Peaks account so you can access your workouts.

4 Chime In
We have a Google Group set up which will allow us all to communicate online, share stories, and ask questions. This group is by invitation only is private.
