| Pre-test
Instructions 1.
Do not exercise before the test. Come to the test well rested
and fueled.
2.
Do not eat 2 hours before the test. If you desire, you can
consume a low-glycemic sports drink or bar 30 minutes prior
to your test. Be sure it is something you are used to eating
or drinking before exercise.
3.
Do not take any supplements before the test that are aimed
at lowering your lactic acid (Sportlegs, Cytomax, etc.).
4.
Take it easy the day before the test. Come well rested for
optimal testing results.
5.
Take all normal prescribed medications prior to the test.
6.
Do not take over the counter medications that will alter your
heart rate (Sudafed, decongestants).
7.
Bring a towel for sweating purposes after the test.
8.
Please bring cash or check to pay for any balance you may
have.
9. If you're doing a bike test: bring your
road bike, shoes and water. If you're doing a run
test: wear your fastest running outfit.

Hour Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know
if you won't be able to keep your appointment. We will hold
your deposit as long as we have advance notice of your cancellation. |
