Transforming Individuals into Athletes
I specialize in transforming individuals into amazing athletes. My approach is holistic and complete. From nutrition to strength training, it's not just about providing a training plan... it's about the TOTAL athlete.
My athletes not only attain their race goals, they also reach personal goals of weight loss & increased muscle tone and mass.
I always like to work closely with each athlete to find the ideal stimulus and timing that will build a strong and balanced athlete. The result = your training is exactly what you need - no more, no less. My coaching is for those individuals who desire a unique approach, want to push themselves harder than thought possible, and who are devoted to being as fit as possible. |

| Helpful tips on how to choose a coach: |
There are many choices these days and finding the right coach can be a daunting task. Here are some suggestions that should help make the process a little easier.
• I always suggest choosing a coach who has a degree in exercise science. This will give them the ability to know the physiology behind the adaptations and how to better manipulate your training to ideally suit your goals.
• Choose a coach who has experience coaching the events that you want to race, or at least be sure they have coached the discipline and distance.
• Be sure that you will have frequent contact with your coach. Select a coach who will allow phone calls as needed and not limited to a certain number of calls per week. Also find a coach who uses texting to communicate; it’s a fast and great way to say “my workout went great!” or "I need rest!".
• Read their testimonials and again look at the amount of experience the coach possesses. |

Testimonial
“You bring a unique skill and understanding of human performance and physiology that allows you to tailor what each individual needs to push beyond their comfort zone while minimizing the chance of injury. A good coach is not a cog that can be easily replaced. While anyone can cut and paste training plans, that doesn't make them a valuable asset. You integrate strength training with my overall training plan, I couldn't get that any other way.”
