Sulak in 2004 to meet the growing demand for sport-specific
training and quality fitness assessments based on
an individuals physiology.

Joe Sulak has been immersed in the fitness
industry for over 10 years. Since graduating
with a degree in Kinesiology, he has worked
with high-risk health issues in a hospital
based facility as well as coached elite level
athletes. He specializes in human performance
with a focus on helping individuals find their
way to a healthy and balanced life. From ultra-marathon
strength and endurance to simple and easy
to follow nutritional programs, Joe thrives
on helping others reach their goals.
Joe has coached athletes from the first-time
triathlon to Ironman, 5K to a personal best
Marathon, Ultra-Runners, weekend road warrior
to competitive cyclist. He takes a special
interest in his athletes and their performance
in an effort to create an athlete who is strong
yet well balanced. He believes that nutrition
is a large part of success and helps every
athlete find what work best for them. |

Jill is our Massage Therapist and Active Release
Techniques (A.R.T.) provider, currently certified
in Spine and Lower Extremity. She has an amazing
gift of fixing our athletes and keeping them
healthy so they can train and race at their
best.

warrior, Jill helps a wide range of athletes
maximize their performance.

Ricketts

A
former collegiate basketball player and youth
coach, Brian turned to running in 2003, training
for and completing his first marathon. After
running numerous marathons, placing in the
top 3 in his division several times, he began
running ultramarathons and trail races in
2006. Brian’s passion for the outdoors
and trail running helps fuel his desire to
turn others onto the sport of running. He
works
full-time as Game Operations Manager for Spurs
Sports & Entertainment and assists us
with our running camps and training programs.
